The memo I sent by email was not received

The first thing to try is to send a short (2 seconds) memo by email. Is this memo transferred correctly? If so, your email provider probably has a limit on file attachments that is too small for the memo to be sent (you will need to change email provider to send bigger memos). If not, chances are you need to configure (or reconfigure) your email account in the Settings app.
