What video files does USB Disk supports? / I get a black screen or no sound when playing a movie, what can I do?

USB Disk supports video files with the extensions mov, avi, mpg, mpeg, mkv, mp4, mpv, m4v, 3gp, asf, wmv, ogm, and flv. Most compression standards are accepted. If some video file is not playing correctly you can either contact us (and we'll see if we can add support for it) or you will have to convert them on your computer (with a program like the free Handbrake program http://handbrake.fr/downloads.php), and then transfer the converted files.
